To support our Team Moderation, we are now looking for a moderator for the 2024 season.

Your area of responsability

You’re passionate about moderation in general
You like being in contact with our players. You’re their point of contact for any questions or problems, whether big or small
You keep a close eye on the server, quickly identifying any potential dangers and knowing how to react proactively
You monitor the situation and keep a watchful eye on the safety of our players for whom you are responsible
Your sense of hospitality makes every attraction visit a unique experience on our server
You run training sessions with colleagues in the Operation & Service department

Your profile

You are passionate about Europa-Park Adventure Resort or amusement parks in general
You are reliable, resilient and adaptable
The safety of our players is always at the centre of your concerns and actions
You’re open-minded and teamwork is a matter of course for you
All eyes are on you: you’re articulate and one step ahead of the game
You are at least 14 years old
You have a sense of responsibility
You know all about good manners
It’s a question of honour: you’re always there when help is needed
Your knowledge of French and/or German is the icing on the cake of your application. These are assets that make you the perfect candidate – and that will be greatly appreciated
